Become Our New Growth Manager

Based in Berlin and with offices in Munich, Paris and Detroit, 3YOURMIND is a dynamic company that provides manufacturing companies with software to optimize their workflows and transition into Additive Manufacturing (industrial 3D printing).

We see the role of Growth Manager as a strategic position within our company, to generate and create value in the upstream part of our revenue value chain. The Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for developing high-value sales opportunities, creating and managing our content streams, and engaging with our key potential deals in the early stages.

What you'll be working on:

  • Your role is focused around generating qualified leads for our Sales team (PKI: nb of new MQL / SQL)
  • You will manage all our online and offline lead generation channels (incl. trade shows, customer visits, customer calls, website, online-events, social media & advertisement)
  • Develop new lead sources and optimize existing ones
  • Take the lead in data-driven analysis, optimization and further development of existing processes and workflows and check the success of your measures using relevant KPIs
  • Manage projects independently and be responsible for communication with external partners
  • Help us to execute and track cross-channel campaigns
  • Utilize multiple data sources to develop new ideas for customer segmentation
  • You will be responsible for creating press releases, website content, and articles for print and online
  • You will be responsible for suggesting new lead generation sources through content creation

What you should bring to the table

  • You have strong leadership and creative skills to suggest performant initiatives to create and qualify new leads
  • You have a strong experience in market analysis and strategy
  • You have very relevant experience working in lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns in a B2B environment
  • You have strong analytical skills and a penchant for identifying optimization potential and innovative approaches
  • You have experience with marketing technology, specifically Campaign Management and Data Management Platforms
  • You have extensive experience in all aspects of customer life cycle management for a high-growth company
  • You are able to convert data into high-value business decisions
  • You are detail-oriented, flexible with a high degree of self-initiative
  • You have profound analytical skills (on- and off-site) and a data-driven mindset
  • Great communication and writing skills both in English
  • Self-driven to work in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Hands-on spirit
