Become Our New Office Manager (m/f) in Berlin

Based in Berlin and with offices in Wroclaw, Munich, Paris, Detroit, and San Francisco, 3YOURMIND is a dynamic company that provides manufacturing companies with software to optimize their workflows and transition into Additive Manufacturing (industrial 3D printing).

As our Office Manager (Team Assistant) you will be the central point of contact for our customers, service partners, the management team and the entire team and will become the communication switchboard in our company.

Your tasks and challenges:

  • You will support the entire team including managing the office and coordinating external services
  • You are the "Feel-good" manager and communication point in the company by staying in continuous communication with all our teams
  • You are the first contact point for questions and concerns from our employees, for taking care of company guests and in some cases for managing the planning and execution of company events and parties (Locations, Catering, etc.)
  • You ensure a smooth office organization and make a significant contribution to the well being of our international team (travel management, preparation and follow-up for internal and external appointments and meetings, handling the mail, administering the office equipment, providing fruit and drinks, etc.)

What you should bring to the table

  • Ideally you have already worked as an executive assistant, in office management or in reception
  • You thrive when the tasks change and take responsibility to complete various tasks on your own initiative
  • You are a strong communicator (oral/written, German/English)
  • You like to simplify the work life of your colleagues no matter how urgent or difficult the task may be
  • You are distinguished by a positive, helpful nature and want to provide a high-level of service to a variety of different people within the company
  • You are secure with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and their Google counterparts (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
