Become Our New FP&A Manager/ Controller

Based in Berlin and with offices in Munich, Paris and Detroit, 3YOURMIND is a dynamic company that provides manufacturing companies with software to optimize their workflows and transition into Additive Manufacturing (industrial 3D printing).

As FP&A Manager/Controller at 3YOURMIND you will cover the entire spectrum of operational FP&A management. This includes, amongst other tasks, budget planning, forecasting, preparation of financial plans and investor reportings, financial modeling in preparation of upcoming financing rounds as well as independent topics and support on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

What you'll be working on

  • Development and ongoing maintenance of our controlling system ( FP&A )
  • Cost, sales and project controlling
  • You will coordinate and organize the financial reporting: preparation and presentation of all business figures, data and facts for internal and external purposes
  • You'll actively participate in the preparation of further financing rounds, monthly investor reporting, financial modeling, annual budget planning and intra-year forecasting
  • You'll create analyses of planned/actual deviations as well as ad hoc evaluations as a basis for decision-making and recommendations for action for the management
  • You'll participate in the accounting and monthly/annual accounts
  • You'll identify potential for optimization in existing processes and recommend courses of action to improve efficiency, profitability and achieve budget targets

What you should bring to the table

  • Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on controlling, finance, accounting or comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to communicate even complex facts and figures to third parties in an understandable way
  • Fast comprehension and a good understanding of complex interrelationships
  • A distinct understanding of numbers and a high level of analytical thinking
  • Structured, autonomous and thorough way of working
  • Self-driven to work in a dynamic start up environment 
  • Good communication skills both in German and English
