The larger models are eye-catchers on trade shows and help the sales team describe the efficiency improvements in the technology.
POSTNORD: On-Demand AM Expertise for Customers and Employees
In 2017, PostNord launched their 3D printing ecosystem in the Nordics. The platform serves both experienced AM users and people who are new to the industry. Among other features, the system allows printouts to be ordered with incomplete 3D data or even only using 2D design documentation. The AM Services team supports PostNord to serve a wider group customers.
OSRAM: AM Replacements for Out-of-stock Items
The shielding glasses they had been using for over 20 years to hold the special lenses they needed to protect their eyes during their high-end light bulb production were no longer available. The alternative was purchasing individual pairs of glasses at varying strengths which was not only more expensive, it would also slow down their workflow.
